Those who want to cleanly resell an extra ticket must navigate a maze of platforms, nominativity rules, and price limits that very few truly understand.

One lesson I've learned from the major tours of the last year is that the media attention surrounding certain events attracts scammers in record time. In the days leading up to a Taylor Swift or Vasco concert in Milano, fake ads multiply on social media. Selling in a protected environment also means not being confused, in the buyer's eyes, with the flood of fraudsters who use the same name.

The moment of delivery is when negotiations most often fall apart. The buyer wants to see the ticket before paying, the seller wants the money before handing it over.
